Granger Farm Products (Granger, TX) is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as Manager of our Granger grain elevator. Our long‑tenured manager, who has been an invaluable part of our operation for more than 40 years, will be retiring soon, creating an important leadership opportunity ahead of harvest.

As a family‑owned, licensed public grain elevator, we take pride in serving Central Texas farmers with integrity, reliability, and strong community relationships. We are looking for a manager who will uphold these values while overseeing day‑to‑day operations and leading a team of five employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, handling, and storage of grain during harvest and throughout the year

• Ensure grain quality is maintained from intake through sale and loadout

• Manage logistics to keep operations efficient, safe, and timely

• Maintain full compliance with all state and federal regulations governing grain elevators

• Lead, train, and support a team of five employees

• Foster strong, positive relationships with area farmers and customers

Qualifications

• Experience in grain elevator operations, agriculture, or related fields preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage logistics and maintain regulatory compliance

• Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent customer service

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
